Conference Room Policies

  • To reserve a room please email your Office Manager.
  • Please remember the following when requesting and using the conference rooms:
    • The meeting organizer is responsible for reconfiguration and reset of the room.
    • If your meeting includes food/drink, please dispose of all trash outside of the building and wipe down tables.
    • If you use the white boards, please erase anything you may have written on them, thoroughly.
    • Please turn off all lights, A/C or heater, and make sure all conference room doors are closed.
  • For Programing After Hours and Weekends:
    • A staff member (this does not include student employees) must be present during after-hours and weekend events
    • Meeting Organizer is responsible for ensuring all exterior doors are closed and locked before leaving.
